Incentive Programs
All L&W employees participates in one of the Corporate annual incentive programs. The purpose of these plans is to enhance the spirit of teamwork and to further encourage employees to contribute to and share in the positive performance achievements of their company.

Employee Discounts
Employees may purchase USG products at a 15% discount.

Business Travel Accident Insurance
When traveling on corporate business, employees are protected by additional accidental death and dismemberment insurance with a benefit of up to four times the employee's annual salary amount. This coverage is also provided at no cost to the employee.
