DRUG-FREE WORK ENVIRONMENT

L&W is strongly committed to the safety of our employees, for our customers and the general public. To this end, we have an established Substance Abuse Policy that complies with the federal mandete requirements of the Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) as well as an extensive pre-employment and random drug testing program.

Part of this commitment is a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. We want to ensure that employees are provided a safe work environment. A fleet of over 1400 trucks operates on public roads, and we work in and around construction sites. This requires that we are alert and ready to respond quickly to any situation so that safety is never compromised.
